 The DDJ-FLX6-GT (graphite) has a new design with full-size jog wheels for a fresh look and feel. The graphite colour is combined with a metallic texture on the top and a rubberised coating on the outer ring for improved manoeuvrability. The unit adds support for VirtualDJ (license available separately) and remains compatible with rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro. Traktor Pro 3 can be used by downloading its mapping files.
 The control layout on the DDJ-FLX6-GT is identical to its predecessor and harks back to club-standard CDJ + DJM setups, allowing you to perform intuitively. However, the new matte grey body and graphite-coloured jog wheels create a refined look.
 VirtualDJ is compatible with the updated unit (licenses available separately), which also offers free use of the rekordbox Core plan and Serato DJ Pro. The DJ controller comes bundled with license keys for the Serato FX Pack, Pitch 'n Time DJ expansion packs and the Traktor Pro 3 TSI file, which is to be released. Thanks to a built-in sound card, simply connect the DDJ-FLX6-GT via USB cable to a laptop with compatible software and start making music straight away.
 Make your sets sensational and easily mix different styles of music: regardless of the BPM or key of the next song, you can create electrifying transitions as many times as you want. To increase the tension of the music, simply press the knob and turn it as quickly or slowly as you like.
 Engage Jog Cutter and simply move the jog wheel to apply a professional-sounding scratch effect to the last Hot Cue or playback position used on that deck. There are 10 different scratch patterns – you can switch between them simply by moving the playhead position, shown on the jog wheel display, to the scratch angle you want to use.
 Pitch bending and scratching feel natural, thanks to the large jog wheels, the same size as those on the flagship CDJ-3000 multiplayer. Plus, each one features an On Jog Display to keep an eye on the playhead position.
 Sample Scratch is a brand new Pad Mode in rekordbox that lets you choose sounds you’ve assigned to the sampler and load them onto the decks. So when you want to create a live remix of a track or simply add some texture to your music, you can scratch away with your favorite sounds.
